APPAREL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

This course mainly consisted of group work to create a clothing brand. Merchandisers and designers were paired up to complete a trend, customer, and competitor analysis, trend forecasting, a range plan, line sheets, concept boards, sourcing plan, cost sheet, distribution plan, retail strategies, hang tags and shopping bag, window, and wall directives, and advertisements. We created tech packs and  PLMs individually. Below is the combined final portfolio for the course.
